The Pear Tree at Purton in Swindon, once a village vicarage, is now a Cotswold-style hotel set within seven acres of gardens. Its “Wildflower Weekend” July 24-25 includes half-board lodging, free newspapers, free wi-fi and a Wildflower Meadow and Wetland tour with two local botanists for $500 per couple for the weekend.
