The Halkin in Belgravia and the Metropolitan London on Park Lane have set fixed-dollar rates for the first time. Rooms at the Metropolitan start at $199 per night; The Halkin, $299 per night. Each requires a two-night stay, with seven-day advance booking. Through Sept. 6.
