New Bootcamp for Women in Devon

-nester Sharron Birds has fulfilled her dream to create a business and open a bootcamp with a difference for women.
Inspirational Bootcamp at Ashcome in South Devon offers courses for up to 20 women at a time, with such activities as rock climbing, abseiling, caving, gorge walking, paintballing, coasteering, ziplining, boxercise and team games. There will also be built-in breaks and workshops on nutrition and complementary therapies.
“It’s all about adventure and overcoming fears,” Birds said, “giving people the feel good factor and increasing their self-esteem.”
Introductory prices for Inspirational Bootcamp start at £700/$1,083 for a week, including all activities, lodging, meals, use of an indoor swimming pool and a complementary therapy.
