D-day Ducks Splash into WWII London
London Duck Tours will launch a land and river sightseeing tour, the D-day Duck, on Sept. 5.
Using the actual vehicles built for D-day, the tour will take passengers back in time to London’s home front during the Second World War. You’ll see the Cabinet War Rooms, Houses of Parliament, Downing Street and Buckingham Palace, then splash into the Thames.
Tours will operate 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Sept. 5, Oct. 3, Nov. 7 and Dec. 5. Tickets start at £20/$30 per adult, £14/$21 per child 8-12.
