Cornwall’s Minack Theatre Opens for Season
Cornwall’s Minack Theatre and Visitor Centre in Porthcurno, Penzance, will launch its new season April 2-5 and 10-12 with Disney’s “Beauty and the Beast.” The remarkable Minack has a rough stage and seating carved out of rock, with a gorgeous view of the sea as its backdrop. The theater won an Enjoy England Award in 2009, and was voted “Best Day Out” by TravelMail readers. Tickets start at $11/$8 for adults and $6/£4 for those under 16.
