The Mary Rose Museum in Portsmouth Historic Dockyard celebrates Tudor life with free Third Thursday Lunchtime Talks. In 1509, Henry VIII became King of England and decided to build the Mary Rose. At noon Dec. 17, it’s time to frolic with ‘Christmas celebrations at the time of the Mary Rose.’
